Job Description:

DHL is seeking Independent Contractor Driver to meet the heightened demand for package deliveries during the holidays. This role is suited for individuals who prefer working independently and have a strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. Applicants can choose between full-time and part-time positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package Delivery: Execute the delivery of packages to customers according to a set itinerary, guaranteeing the accurate and prompt delivery of each individual package.
• Drive a DHL delivery vehicle, following all road safety protocols and company guidelines to guarantee safe and efficient delivery operations.
• Provide customers with a positive service experience through friendly and professional interactions.
• Safely Transporting Packages: Handle packages delicately during loading and unloading procedures in your vehicle to ensure their safety.
• Increase delivery efficiency by planning your route intelligently to ensure timely and organized deliveries.
• Maintaining Delivery Records: Manage thorough records of each delivery conducted, documenting any complications encountered throughout.

Qualifications:

• A genuine driver's license and a track record of driving without any incidents.
• Skill in lifting and moving packages up to 70 pounds in weight.
• Superior skills in customer relations and proficient communication.
• Possessing the capability to operate autonomously while maintaining a structured and organized workflow.
• Capacity to be versatile in working hours, even during peak times like weekends and holidays.
• Experience in deliveries is preferred but not essential.

Working Conditions:

• Prolonged periods of driving and outdoor work, occasionally encountering challenging weather conditions.
